2. Personal data we collect

- Position of interest and years of experience
- Information contained in your resume/CV: work history, education, skills, languages, and certifications
This data is provided directly by you through our website — particularly through the "Bolsa de Trabajo" (Job Board) section —, contact forms, email, or other communication channels. We do not request sensitive personal data (health, ethnic origin, religion, union or political affiliation, sexual orientation, among others), and we ask that you avoid including this type of information in the CV you share with us.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
Primary purposes (necessary for the recruitment service):
- Evaluating your professional profile against active job openings from our clients in the energy and industrial sectors
- Following up on selection processes, interviews, and technical validation
- Generating, from your CV, a document in FS Recruiting's corporate format to present to client companies evaluating your candidacy
- Maintaining an internal candidate registry for current and future processes
Secondary purposes (service improvement and communication):
- Contacting you about other job opportunities that match your profile, other than the position you originally applied for
- Assessing the quality of our recruitment process
- Preparing internal studies and analyses on the talent market
If you do not want your data to be used for these secondary purposes, you may state so by sending an email to info@fsrecruiting.mx at any time, without this affecting your ongoing recruitment process.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent of the data subject, given when submitting your information and CV through the "Bolsa de Trabajo" section
- Legitimate interest of the Company in carrying out its recruitment and selection activities
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations in Mexico
5. Use of artificial intelligence in processing your CV
To speed up the review of your profile, the CV you upload in PDF format is processed using an artificial intelligence service that automatically extracts information such as work experience, education, skills, and languages, and uses it to generate a CV in FS Recruiting's corporate format. This information is reviewed by our recruitment team before being shared with any client company. You may request at any time that we inform you what data was extracted from your CV, or request its correction or deletion in accordance with Section 8 of this notice.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and personalize content. When you enter our site, you will be asked for your consent through a cookie banner.

8. ARCO rights and other rights
You have the right, at any time, to:
- Access your personal data held by us, including data extracted from your CV
- Rectify your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete
- Cancel your data when you consider it is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing
- Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Data portability (applicable under the GDPR for users in the European Union)
- Restriction of processing of your data (applicable under the GDPR)

a) Full name and address or means to receive a response
b) Documents proving your identity or legal representation
c) A clear description of the personal data and the right you wish to exercise
d) Any other information that helps locate your data
